  • The Origin Of Badminton Shuttlecock
    There are different opinions about the origin of badminton. The first form of badminton racket appeared in Japan in the 14th and 15th centuries. In 1988, badminton was successfully selected as a demonstration sport at the Seoul Olympics. In 1992, badminton became an official sport at the Barcelona Olympic Games, with four gold MEDALS for men's, women's singles and doubles. In 1996, mixed doubles was added to the Olympic Games in Atlanta. Bring the total number of Olympic badminton gold MEDALS to five. In 2005, BWF headquarters moved to Kuala Lumpur. In 2006, the official name of the International Badminton Federation (IBF) was changed to the Badminton World Federation (BWF), the Badminton World Federation.
